Jason Morstein
Owner/ Head Coach Jason has been a competitive athlete since he was 7 years old, growing up playing ice hockey and tennis. He began personal training others in 2002 and found CrossFit in 2006. He has trained, coached and competed in sport, CrossFit, Powerlifting, Strongman and Olympic Weightlifting. He uses his experience and knowledge to help others reach their goals through safe, effective and sustainable methods of physical, mental and nutritional coaching.

Allison Handel
Physical Therapist Board-certified physical therapist with a special interest in Olympic weightlifting and functional movement for people of all ages, backgrounds, and lifestyles. Prior to receiving her doctorate in physical therapy from Loma Linda university, Allison was an avid weightlifter and certified USA weightlifting coach. She has continued to compete on a national level & coach and feels that her work in both fields of fitness and health care have complemented each other well. During a physical therapy session, Allison will assess your movement patterns, range of motion, strength, and stability. From there, she will create a unique treatment plan with you that is specific to you. This may incorporate manual therapies including joint & soft tissue mobilization, spinal manipulation techniques, and dry needling, as well as a tailored exercise program. Ultimately, her goal is to be a guide for you on your way to being empowered in self-management & awareness of your body through functional movement |
Stephanie Miller
Bodywork Expert Stephanie’s 20-year background in yoga, 954 hour training as a yoga therapist, Thai Bodywork education, current pursuit of her Acupuncture master’s, and extensive bodywork research throughout the last five years all contribute to her effective, focused, and unique style. Expect to shift old movement patterns, live with less pain, increase mobility, and improve your overall performance and well-being. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Cupping may be included if appropriate, and Stephanie will also advise you on brief yoga practices to keep yourself improving at home if you choose. 60 minute sessions.
