Weightlifters of all experience, from novice to international level call BASA home. We offer custom programming for most athletes. Programs from a 3 session/wk beginner to advanced 2 year macrocycles for competitive lifters.
We also welcome lifters from other clubs to train at BASA under their own coaches program. See Open Gym

All of our memberships at BASA Gym include 24 hour access to our secure and videotaped premises. Open gym athletes follow their own routine
Our Barbell Club runs for several hours a day, (7) days a week. Each session has at least one coach on the floor where athletes who receive BASA programming can train with their teammates and amidst feedback and demonstrations.
Are you a National level weightlifter or National level candidate? We offer our comprehensive and custom: preparatory, pre-competition, and peaking phase programming to you! For advanced athletes only.
We are proud to use the healing and longevity properties of our very own far-infrared sauna. Privacy is included with member only access through key code and enclosed changing space.
