Weightlifters of all experience, from novice to international level call BASA home. We offer custom programming for most athletes whether it be a 3 day beginner program focusing on building overall strength and consistency while learning proper technique, to an advanced 2 year macrocycle for highly competitive lifters; and everything in between.
We also welcome lifters from other clubs to train at BASA under their own coaches program.
Our Barbell Club runs for several hours a day, 5 days a week. Coaches are on the floor floating to each athlete as they perform their custom program, inserting cues, adjusting training or offering support. This is a great time for athletes to come train under their coach's eye.
BASA offers Cross-Training group class once a day, 5 days a week. Each class is coached and runs about 1.5 hours long. Each class starts with a general and specific warm up followed by a gymnastic or weightlifting focus then a strength progression and finally a high intensity interval workout.
All of our memberships at BASA Gym include 24 hour access to our secured and videotaped premises. Open gym athletes follow their own program or programming from a coach outside of BASA.
