 The Art of Gains 

Dialing in our nutrition can be difficult and expensive, The Art of Gains simplifies macronutrient tracking while teaching you how to make good decisions even when your unprepared. Some periodization diets work great as long as you follow the guide exactly and continue to pay for their services. For a one time charge of $100 The Art of Gains quickly teaches you how to track macros and empowers YOU to be your own nutrition coach.

Five Diets

After reading the intro and inputting your basic stats, The Art of Gains will populate (5) diets, known as Tiers, based off of different macronutrient splits in order to help you lose, gain or maintain. Each diet has a macro breakdown for your training days and non-training days, specifically populating the macros needed for each meal and around your WOD, whether you train in the morning, afternoon, or evening!




Tiers and Levels

The special part of The Art of Gains is the ability to seamlessly increase or decrease your calories by bumping up or down a Level or Tier to accommodate for health challenges, weight cuts or bulks, traveling, injuries or any other interruptions to your normal routine. There are (6) levels within each tier, equalling (30) different macro splits customized to you.

Macros, Supplements and More

The Art of Gains comes loaded with tips and tricks to help you track on the go, at a restaurant or when meal prepping. Our Food category system takes the guess work out of tracking and helps you get close and accurate even when your short on time.
